Took money from my credit card without my permission and lied to me about everything usa

I applied for a grant at grant 360.com which said it was free then they wanted a one time fee of 1.95 then about a week later i got a statement showing where they took and chared my credit card for 57.95 without my permission i have not heard a word or recieved anything THIS IS ONE BIG RIPOFF
