Bulling tactics and misinformation used for the pupose of stoping service

I was turned off of power from PG&E, because of a mistake on thier part and was not represented properly by the Calif. Public Utilities commimssion. After many attempts to bring the mistake to a conclcusion by me I was told to pay a mistaken amount of 5,000.00 or be turned off by the Pacific Gas and Electric Co. Since it was impossable to pay this amount as I am just vet with perm disability and only receive $855.00 a month. Mr George Redonovich congressional rep for the 19th district reviewed my problem and I was given a chance by PG&E to pay half of the $5,000.00, $2,500 and as they already knew it was impossable for me to do and they would allow me to have power back in my home. I was never given any information as to why and where and what the amount was for or what time period that this debit occured. Nothing but a large amount added to my statement at one time and never explained to me. I tried four times to let the public utilities commission review my problem with no resutls other than to pay a small amount of the debated charge along with my monthy usage
