Charged my debit card 14.99, causing a 35 dollar overdraft charge, that i never authorized, never heard of them ubtil my bank called me

I was charged 14.99 to my debit card that I never authorized to a company called TLG* GreatFN, which is a scam company. I called the number twice and got a answering machine. I contacted my bank and they told me to fill out a dispute, but they denied my claim! I was told to contact the Better Business Bureau by them! Something needs to be done to stop them!
