I lived in this apartment comlex for a year. I completed my lease but they did not advise me that it would not be renewed. They switched management companies during the time I lived there, the staff was very rude. They tried to have me evicted because they lost my payment even though I had proof that I paid them. They said I didn't pay December but they did not mention that they did not recieve it until March? Then when we did go to court they were told they had to prove they did not recieve the payment and if they could prove it they would be granted 600.00 dollars which is what my rent was. I moved out shortly after that, I handed them the keys. Little to my knowledge they had already put two tax liens on my credit report, no validated illegal and for 218,000.00 a piece. For a total of $436,000.00 and they now refuse to take them off. I only rented there i never owned the complex. So now i am stuck with that on my credit report because i cannot afford a lawyer to take them to court. I have written the credit bureaus and have yet to get a response.
