Mark Brummell is at it again. Operating as optininvestors.com, along with George Fields and May Stephens, bought stock with a note to my company and then sold it into the market for $49,000 without paying any of the amount owed. He has made many excuses and promises but no money. He has now stopped taking any calls and has shut down his website. He claims to be an IR firm but IR must mean (I run) with the money. I will join others who may have been victims and pursue this to either the courts or the RCMP. He is an out and out scam artist.
