Last week on the 9th of january I ordered an Ideapad S10 from Your web-site Order # 00002D9967, On Tuesday the 13th of January I recieved the Order I opened the Sealed Lenovo Ideapad Box and took out the computer and battery and started the computer, To My suprise the Operating system that came up was Windows Vista Ultimate and it had a Login name already in it and was passworded. I check in the box and discovered the paperwork for customer order Number 00002D0ED2 for a Steven Nguyen of Milpitas california. The Computer is obviously an RMA from another customer, I called the sales department to report what I found and spoke to a Young man that appeared to be very helpfull. I gave Him all this information and asked if I could get a Restore cd or Dvd so I could restore this back to a factory fresh state he said He would work with a supervisor to find out what happened and get back to Me. Well its now 24 hours later I've called again and out of three calls got through to one person that I could Halfway Understand. All He would do is Give me a Phone Number where I could call to BUY a Restore cd and that Number ended up being for the wrong equipment types... I Am Currently trying to download a Torrent from one of those pirate site Just so I can get this thing running, I need this running for the weekend Because I'm going out of town and My Thinkpad X60 is in the shop. I am extremely disappointed in this transaction and Wish there were someone that Could help. I am An IT Manager and our company ONLY Uses Lenovo Laptops (My Choice).. Can Someone PLEASE Call Me to get this Resolved
