This liar told me she had a buyer for my orange lake and a renter but of course this was never true. She is a smooth talker and well spoken so be very careful fo her deceptive ways

I was contacted by this helena who sounded very sweet and totally convinced me she had a buyer for mmy orange lake in Florida. I told her I was taken 2 times before and she assured me she would get my money back from these companies and this sale will take 30 days to close..
She has a smooth convincing sales pitch but turned out to bea toal liar and crook just like the others. My suggestion. If you are ever approached by these bogus resale companies save your money and dont do it as they are all crooks like Helena..
How the hell does she sleep at night knowing she is ripping off innocent folks.
I callled the DBPR since I have her license nu, ber and she has 59 complaints agaainst her. Beware of this b*ch!!!
