I'm a ex-client of AIG Insurance... I acquired rear-ended September... That individual the strike me really got strike from someone else who'd no permit and insurance that struck her hitting me... Ok, and so I named my attorney, police and that I continued the strethcer in to the IM. I acquired observed from the expert the following week, did a MRI (shells all fucked-up again) since I'd prior back surgery along with a new issue started with my back... PISS ME OFF! So anyways, AIG wish to get into arbitration or whatsoever which means after I was a person at that time spending money on my regular plan. They dont wish to spend me my $20,000 that I will get since the additional person who strike me... Doesnt have insurance... Therefore AIG believes when they spend me, then how may they make it happen money in the guy that's no cash, insurance or permit?
So what can I really do??? Does anybody know of the scenario where I will create it right into a legitimate issue to sue AIG in the place of sueing the little one today?
