BEWARE RUDE MANAGEMENT and really bad customer service!!! As far as I am concerned the customer service they provide is the worst experience of my life. Aside from obviously lacking training they provide to their employees, they never confirm your appointments a day before but more than happy to charge you 50% penalty or have your forfit the service for missing one! I never complained about any service provider in my whole life, but the spa director's (Anastia) response to my complaint was extremely accusatory! Not to mention she is a know it all and rude. This is after purchasing a Smart Circle Certificate! I wish I would have read the other reports about the Smart Circle before I went for the service - it's the worst ever! I'll never set my foot in this establishment ever nor will I buy anything Smart Circle is selling again and will strongly encourage you to do the same!
