Consignment guitars they sell/buy stolen guitars! Mine! Yours too? Texas

Consignment music store owner bought my 1964 (black) Fender Stratocaster with original Fender case for $150!!! And then SOLD IT or KEPT IT!!! This guitar I paid $7350 on Ebay. It was sold to him by a former friend/intern. That was caring for another guitar too. While I was out of town... That one is a 1970s Gretsch Rockjet (w/original case) 2 pickup electric black/dark mahogany in color. Both guitars were in excellent condition! The owner gave the Gretsch guitar back to the person (Tiffany Perry) that I intrusted them to and then she sold (gave away) my Fender Stratocaster to Consignment Music/MEMPHIS, Tenn. For a measily $150!!! I had contacted consignment music owner/manager after not being able to contact Tiffany Perry for several months! I was told by c. Music store owner that Tiffany Perry brought the guitars in to sell some time in June or July.. And paid her $150 for my 1964 Fender Stratocaster and put my Gretsch guitar on consignment... A Fender guitar of that vintage sells between $15,000.00 and $30,000.00!!! There is NO WAY he did NOT KNOW that the Fender he was buying was a STOLEN guitar!!! After asking on several occasions (since JAN. 2009) that Tiffanny Perry return my guitars she assured me that they woulld be safe and she could not bring them to me because they were in Arkansas at her fathers house and she was too sick to drive. Not being able to contact Tiffany Perry for months (changed phone#/address) I return to Memphis Sept. 6th, was told that she had not been seen in months but she was trying to sell two (my guitars) thought to be at Consignment music/Memphis, Tennessee. I contacted the owner at consignment music and he told me he bought my Fender Stratocaster for$150 and sold it but would NOT tell me to whom, when or for how much (you have to understand that the case alone (1964 vintage) sells for about $1000.00 or more!!! How could he not suspect this or these guitars NOT to be stolen!!! Definitely not owned by this young (22 year old girl. When I spoke to the owner by phone. He apologized. Made excuses (lied) and said he would give me this guitar, (my Gretsch)."come pick it up. But I cant do anything about the other guitar (the Fender) cause I sold it!'.. When I called him 6 days later for directions to his store. To pick up my Gretsch guitar. He told me he gave THAT guitar back to Tiffany Perry because she no longer wanted to sell it and he no longer believed they were mine even though I had described both guitars and offered to produce copies of both receipts of purchase that I have from EBAY! There were also the original copies of the receipts in the guitar cases! The Gretsch guitar isr in excellent condition and it is worth $4000.00 plus!!! I am currently working with an attorney and I will not reveal what the police are doing But. I do have these two guitars documented on video and am getting copies of the receipts1! These guys are CROOKS. A word to any one who has had a guitar stolen in the Memphis area... It is more than a good chance this guy (consignment music owner) has bought and sold it for a HUGE profit like he did my 1964 Fender Stratocaster!!! Justice WILL PREVAIL? Or someones going to jail!!! Thank you, RIP OFF REPORT..
