I ordered over the phone. Contacted them to check on order. They were having difficulties and said to call back. Before I called back, I was contacted by Telebrands about a free trial offer for some jewelry that would be free for me to try out and I could cancel if I did not like it. They billed my credit card before I ever received anything and still have not received the healtastic that I originally ordered. I attempted to contact them today which is over a 6 weeks since I first called the order in to them. I stayed on hold for over 20 minutes and never got to speak to anyone. I simply would like to have my money returned to me for both things they have charged me for. I was not suppose to be charged on the second item until I got to preview it.
