I had been educated lately when we labored any overtime we had a need to complete an exclusion record to become settled this overtime. I've been operating there because Feb. 2009 and simply discovered this out. Nobody is informed this when getting employed. I had been not taken care of the overtime I set in. I did so lots of 12-hour changes for Elderwood, and arrived in on my nights down to assist out. I also worked a 9/12 day stretche since we were understaffed for nurses. We strike out and in on the time daily. Nobody may examine this with me! I obtain the comment show it. Whjy do I've to show it!!! They are able to take a look at their recards or in the pc since we do our medical records in it. I'd like my overtime cost.
