To all those who have worked at west in the past or currently do i wish you gods blessing.
I dont know about the laws but I know ethics. Never in my life have I or will I work for a company so morally corumpt. ATT should be very upset having WEST dealing with there customers on a daily basis customer service didnt know their Jobs. The Sales Department is were I worked and it was jacked up to put it nicely. Pay check short every payday and then your told that they will make it up to you on the next one, and of course they never do. At this point the company owes me 700 bucks to a company thats making millions from ATT i dont understand why it should be so hard to pay us the money owed to us. Plus the company may as well promote sexual harrasement Ive person witnessed it with my own two eyes be reported to Managers and nothing being done to resolve the issue. Many sales agents being yelled at on a daily basis to get the number of sale up or they will be fired with the absolute worst unscrubbed sales leads availiable. Alot of dr, Jekel and Mr Hide. Being told to set call backs with possible new customer and then getting written up for calling people back. A pay plan that is never clear because it changes when ever they feel like changing it and not informing anyone of the change until 2 weeks afterwards. Thier are two types of people in this world that I believe should fall over and die, People who steal and people who knowingly lie and as far as Im concerned the company could burn to the ground and the world would be no worse for ware.
