Breeder issue: Michelle Prichard. Need a response, it's been over a year and a half, no papers, no refund, no response, no return calls or emails

HI, I have been trying to get in contact with Michele Prichard for almost two years now. I have emailed, called, and even written a few letters, with no response. I purchased a kitten from her and picked it up at her house, paid cash, signed a contract that "gave me breeding rights". She showed me her father's papers and claimed disorganization and could not find the mother's papers at the time but assured me that both parents were registered with both TICA and CFA, and I would have no issue registering her kittens in the future. She also claimed that she would promptly mail the papers to me and copies of the agreement, the kitten's parent's papers and lineage ect. It never happened. The night we brought her home she was sneezing and had tiny spots that Michele claimed were natural due her being completely bald (she boasted that her lines are rare that way) and with in a few days the kitten showed serious signs of illness, after calling Michele's number several times we took the kitten to our Vet's office. They tested her for a few things and it was immediately conclusive that she had a genetic disorder, as well as a contagious viral infection that she came to our home with. I thanked God that I had isolated her in our Master suite with us instead of letting her roam around with our other cats because she dies with in a few weeks. I did everything I could for her and kept trying to get in contact with Ms. Prichard to no avail. Still to this day, no papers, no call, no emails, nothing. I spent over $2,000 in vet costs and paid $1,500 on this poor little soul that never had a chance to begin with. I feel it is very unfair for her to have sold the kitten, or any others in this condition. It was unfair for me to have my heart broken and to have money taken out of our household that should have gone for my baby's things or anything other then emergency bills for an animal that was unhealthy and genetically predisposed to a life threatening condition in her line. I am still heartbroken, I had my heart set on what I was promised, a loving, cuddly, fun, interesting companion that would be part of my family for many, many years, and not just a few short weeks. No one should ever have to have their heart broken like that or their pockets turned inside out, or be decieved by someone who is supposed to be a responsible caring breeder.
