Heard about the smoking cessation product from the radio. Product was supposed to be free. After calling and speaking with sales rep who was reading from a script and had no interest in what I was saying to her, I told her to cancel the call, the "free" product, and the subscriptions that went along with it. Not only did I receive the package, but I also received a charge for $79.90 and two charges of $1.95 for the subscriptions. When I called to have the charges reversed I was hung up on, yelled at, given a voice mail where no one returns calls. This is a rip-off plain and simple and I want my money back. Now I have to go to the bank to cancel my credit card so they do not keep sending me refills that I don't want and charging my card for these items.
Someone has to stop these people.
