EWITraining.com Enlightened Wealth Institute - a scheme to victimize aspiring real estate investors

As in many other real estate aspiring investors, friends and I too were victims of Robert Allen's Enlightened Wealth Institute training program. EWI charges 10s of thousands of dollars excluding mentoring or coaching (cost additional thousands more) — for participants to spend more dollars on boot camps and listen to sales, phone/web seminars, or recorded topics that are all freely available in the internet or from real estate investment clubs.

At the free boot camp, none of the EWI staff or representatives ever disclosed the terms, conditions, rates, and cancellation clause (Disclosure Law) of their program or a caution to read the forms first prior to signing. I and other aspiring investors disclosed that we are unemployed and have no way to pay the amount of their training. Yet EWI representatives still assured us that we will definitely raise the funds by attending the August 28 - 30 boot camp with field training, opportunity to buy property with no money-out-of-pocket, and financing provided. This verbal financing assurance for real estate purchases influenced me and friends to sign up.

EWI claimed that it is a school. But contrary to any institution, EWI doesn't function like any school, college, or university that gives students enough time to withdraw and give tuition refunds.

It was a week (7-business days to be exact) after the signing that I was able to read the documents placed in a folder and given to me. It was only then that I found out of the 3-business days to cancel. I immediately called Conrad Acceptance Corp (EWI's conniving corp) and informed the agent of my intention to cancel, which was flatly rejected. EWI does not intend to honor or deliver what their representatives verbally promise. EWI only care to get every cent from everyone they doped and victimized into signing. EWI offer no option to terminate no matter how dissatisfied a individual is. "NO Satisfaction Guarantee" considered and the worst - to destroy their victim's credit. I felt intentionally violated by Enlightened Wealth Institute (a fraudulent, wealth scheming institute), which affected me emotionally, psychologically, and physically (affected my heart and blood pressure).

At the August 28-30 boot camp, I and the rest of the attendees found out that: No field training in any of the 3-days, no real estate transaction financing will be provided (participants must do internet search), and no real estate deals to make offer on. Dissatisfied, immediately after the trip I requested to withdraw from their training program, which was rejected.

Aspiring investors: Beware of EWI. Don't fall for their scam. This company is a predator who delights in taking trusting individuals' hard earned dollars in fraudulent way.
