I was a salesperson for this company. During the time from training to my exit TMG was never helpful and would always bend the truth and made me look like an idiot.
Customers sign contracts for rates they approved then raise them after the fact. They replaced credit card machines because their program will not work. Then those machines break and then try to charge the customers for another unit. Everything this company told me was not truthful or above board.
Evey customer I signed was lied to in regards to cancellations regarding previous credit card processors. They say would pay the penalty and then tell then only a certain amount after they would cancel leaving them with a large amount to pay.
All customer srevice people would belittle and make customers feel like they were wrong not them and yell or hang up on them.
I have nothing more to say, but anyone reading this do not use TMG, Summit or what ever their name is at that time for your credit card needs
