If you hear the name Liz Harmon from echo inc of Empire Marketing in Narberth and soon moving to Conshocken, run. Working in her office you will work 13 hour days for about $200 a week.in at 6.30am and out at 7.30pm going door to door in the heat expence account for gas, tolls and food. You, the employee, pay for everything.in the morning the sales-people have to vacum the rugs and take out the trash and clean the bathroom. All this to sell OVERPRICED water coolers for Sparkletts. A french company who provides horrible customer service.
First, cydcor offices are rip-offs. Liz, however, will deceive you beyond your wildest fears. She will tell you how lucky you are to be making 40 dollars a day and that it is not about the money. However, if you are not making her money, she will fire you and falsify documents saying you quit because you couldn't handle a commission only job. This is to get out of paying unemployment.
Oh, and try getting health insurance. She promisses it after 2 months but then never provides it.
She lends money out to her struggling employees and them charges 25% interest on the loan.
Then there is the standard Cydcor brainwashing, chanting, cult mentality that I am sure you have read about.
Do yourslf a favor and RUN!!!
