I worked for Netmark Investments DBA Dataffinity Networks for 6 months helping them build a business, and they did not honor our contract. They let me go without paying me my commissions earned on November 30. I was very hurt and surprised by their actions since they pretended to be very friends as well as employers.
Their attorney said they agreed that they owe me $4797.13, but he said they cannot pay it for another 6 months. He stated The company would have no no money. For six months at best. I find it hard to believe.
This is sad and very wrong. You go into a job situation and do the work and then someone doesnt pay you for over 10 months so far and counting. I would appfrieciate any help in retriving the money i earned.
