I invested $4,000 back in March with Entry Point Investments who were behind Im A Bookie betting invstment. I HAVE REGISTERED THIS COMPLAINT BEFORE.
I have made complaints to the Fraud Squad, Victoria Police. Asic. Accc. And the Ombudsman for financial services.
THIS COMPANY PROMISED MY REFUND BUT NEVER PAID IT. It has taken me 4 months dealing with the various registered authorities and still i have had nothing.
My nest option is to go back to the fraud squad which i am now getting every document and lodge this.
As well the TV networks are next and i will not stop as this is clearly a fraud,
In fact i was told Entry Point would take legal action against me if i did not RETRACT my earlier complaint here on scam book. THAT IS WHY YOU CAN SEE THE CHANGE I MADE.
In fact i have not obtained any assistance from the authorities who have stated they have looked into it (4 months later) but this rogue business and DAVID ALEXANDER (bogus name probably) still is free to run this scam.
Australian authorities are a disgrace as its clear i have been duped of $4,000 like the other complaints here yet teh Fraud Squad stated my complaint could take months and years to get anywhere and the comment was why not take legal action? OH really what with... Peanuts
