I recently recieved a letter in the mail saying that $400 had been Drafted from my savings and checking account. I did not authorize this exchange and had never even heard of this company.
They had my name and Social Security Number Wrong on the report. When I called the company to let them know of thier mistake, and to ask them to please reverse this they told me that there was no way this could happen without my permission.
I told them that I had not given my permission for this and asked for them to please fix it. They got very rude with me and told me that there was nothing they could do.
