Renting Condemned building as a remoldeling rehab four family flat.infested with roaches, broken sewer line, stole electricy and gas from AMerenUE and LaClede Gas Companies, fraudelently/illegally connected.

Evicted family because I reported him to authorities (health, plumbing, electrical, gas Inspectors, Citizen Service Bureau Building Inspector)
