This company epitomizes internet scams and should be dealt with in the most severe way.
They don't supply any necessary info with which to contact them for logging in online, order #, emailing, confirmation, order status, tracking, or cancelling. Thank God for Google and spam notifications!
I called the credit card company immediately after ordering to alert them to this scam and any associated premature bogus charges and cancelled my card. Monitoring your credit card should be done continuously. Filing complaints with the Florida Better Business Bureau and this site is a must.
I cancelled by phone and, from what I've seen online, that may not work. How can you cancel something you have no record of? Pretty slick! Product was sent back to them, unopened, via USPS Certified Mail Return Receipt, so I'll have a written signature and a record of this transaction. I can track this mailing through USPS website.
