The Norton Antivirus 360, is suppose to be a software program that will block and rid your computer of current virus and new incoming virus. Attempting to use your own email address and submit your credit card information to apply for this protection is a complete failure. Attempting to log on to your own email address is always blocked, with the message from Norton, "Activate virus protection now". No phone number is given to address this issue. At this point my lap top is just useless to me now. What must I do to resolve this problem. I feel lucky that I'm able to contact a support service now for help. Please advise me.
