Annoying phone calls soliciting to purchase more magazines

I signed up to receive magazines from this Company under the pretense that these magazines will be paid up in two years. However, kept receiving annoying phone calls month after month. Perhaps when 3 months went by received a phone call wanting to update credit card information.

When information was verified it comes to find out that I was signing on with for another 5 years (same company same services). When I comforted them on the allegations they turn the table and stated that I was recorded and they have proof that I knew what I was agreeing to.

I have not as of date given information out in regards to collections taking out off my credit card. I just received an annoying call when the "salesperson used profanity to get his point across. I need help in regards to this matter.
