I returned some merchandise I had bought from her after visiting her Abbeville Louisana home and at first she told me on the phone that she could not refund the cost of the sofa I had purchased. But when I loaded the truck and took it to her to see how her upholstry job was becoming freyed in the stiches in the back of the sofa she was as nice as she could be and refunded the whole amount. I know she is a popular person on youtube but I just wanted to say how nice she was in person. Super nice person.
