Traci Wallace aka Traci Hayes; Traci Martos
Married to Robert Brandon Wallace (goes by Brandon) on 2.27.02 in Texas and they have a 2 or 3 year old son Jacob (also goes by Noah)
Until recently they lived with his mother Margaret Ann Werner in Houston, they are now believed to be living on Denton, TX
Traci has not spoken to her other 2 children in over a year, she called for a birthday in October but the children did not want to talk to her. She has not seen the children since December.
Traci had not paid child support since April but at one point SupportKids was hired and they collected 3,200 from her after 7 months of constantly contacting her. She is currently 7,600 in arrears even with the money already collected.
In early Traci quit a job paying almost 40,000 a year with one day notice and left the apartment she and her husband were living in, in the middle of the night (and stole the washer and dryer) so she did not have to pay support and could not be found.
The children do not want any contact with her because in the summer of she worked at a hotel (Sun Suites) and that is where they lived. When the boys got into trouble they were forced to sit under the sink in the bathroom with the lights off and her sitting against the door so they couldn't get out.
The only entertainment they had was going downstairs to get ice from the machine. They stayed in a room with 2 queen size beds and a pull out couch with 2 adult and all 3 kids. The boys had to sleep on the pull out bed together. They had no privacy. All of this information came from Brandon Wallace - at one time he took their child and left because Traci was having an affair with someone else and was taking the older boys to move in with the new guy. He called to warn that Traci was neglecting the older boys and talk about their living conditions.
The oldest child has been seeing a therepist for the last 1.5 years because of the sever abandonment issues he has.
If Traci exercises her visitation (which she has not) she is not allowed to leave the state the boy reside in and the visits must be monitored.
The money has not mattered for a long time, it now is the custody of the boys. The boys are being well taken care of by the custodial father and his new wife, which they view as their mom. The parents feel that Traci can go on her merry way but she needs to relinquish her rights as their biological mother.
