I went to easybirthcerficate.com and they charged me 40.00 and never redirected me to any site. Then they told me that they have a no refund policy. After letting them know that you can not charge some one for a service 1) you didn't provide and 2) you are not physically providing me with anything so they can not charge you.
This is illegal. I happen to be in Florida, but I am sure it's the same any if you are not provided with any services or what you ordered they can not charge you. When I told them this they offered to refund me 10.00 of my 40.00.
At that point I contacted pay pal and googled this and found all the others that were ripped off like me. I would like to file a lawsuit against this JTS and Associates Company.
If you would to join me in doing this I will need a lot of people to convince the lawyers to do this. So email me and I will repond to you.
