I truly felt that after my background check came back good and I answered all the questions to the best of my ability, I would become a "contractor" for this company. To my dismay I was informed that I would be a "sub-contractor" instead. This is the part I warn people not to be fooled. This company leads you to believe you will get 2-3 properties a week to inspect regardless of your title. The only difference expained was a sub-contractor would have the added expense of insurance.
Not only do you have the added expense of insurance, but you basically have to go out and solicit ALL of your inspections. They send letters to banks and lawyers. Attend foreclosure auctions, hand out a few business cards.
This is not how they originally explained the process.
Please take advice and save your $.
