After making a purchase and being prompted for a $10 coupon post-purchase, I clicked on the link. Bad idea; it seems a lnumber of sales sites have partnerships with Shopper Discounts & Rewards, which hijacks the the debit or credit card you used for your initial purchase $12 per month (USD), and you never receive the $10 rebate check they promise in 4-6 weeks.
Keep an eye on your statement for $12 USD monthy charges - mine appear on my debit card statement as 'SHOPPER DI 800-889-8776 CT 919901013858'.
My advice to others; call the 800# — 800-889-8776, follow the prompts and print out the email they send you after you've cancelled their faux membership you never signed up for. You won't find this on their web site; but you will see it on your statement. Then flag your account to send you a message alert if another debit is recieved; if you used a credit card, refute any other charges to stop the bleed or cancel your card # and obtain a new #.
Laurie (from another post) kiss my as*; they're fraudulent and you know it -you probably work for them. Provide a solution instead of being a jerk and lecturing fraud victims. Then when you're done, go pound sand. This forum is for constructive consumer advice and exchanges about rip offs not your vacuous, unintelligent remarks.
I'm submitting a request this firm be added to the complaint database. Cheers!
