RBSN Services ripoff, made my job harder so that they didn't have to pay me as much cheated employees and screwed the customers even more Palm Springs, CA

This company is providing an adtypist job online.
They have changed their rules several times since they started, now they are not paying people, and making it impossible to earn ANY money with them. THey charge fees for the job as high as $80!
People are definately getting screwed!

Here is the email all the employees just recieved:

Hi Everyone,

If you have not been paid yet it is because we are waiting on more funds to come through. This week we had to pay out over $4500 but we only earnt $2000 in signups. Becuse of this Robert has sent me the below email. Please do not email me about this it is not my fault I am merely an employee of the company and not the owner. I don't make the decisions.

Please let the members know they will be paid as more funds come through. We can not pay this amount. They are posting 700 ads with no clicks and no signups this I find hard to believe.
The limit now is 200 ads per week

This business is ran by Robert Bel and Kym McKinney, RObert BEll also has a business by the name of RBSN services, which has very bad repoire with the BBB, if that means anything.
