Too Lazy.com charged my husband's cell phone $9.99/month for HOROSCOPE services, which he did not subscribe to. He thinks it is possible that is was attached to a PROFLOWERS "Click to get your $10 coupon here" - with no mention that you were signing up for horoscope services to your cell phone.
These are Fraudulent practices - per the "Truth in Advertising" regulations
Verizon will not refund - no live person answering phone at TOOLAZY.com.
Be sure to BLOCK all PREMIUM TEXT MESSAGING, but meanwhile these companies get the first 9.99/month and MORE, as you fight to get the charges stopped.
They probably are just counting on you not lasting in the dispute to make their money.
Report to Government Fraud Department.
