Com, yoursavingsclub they keep billing me once a month for some kind of fee, i know nothing about unknown ct. As per my citi card nationwide

Since January, I have been charged $1.00 per month on my Citi Bank Card. I'v tried to call, go on the web and I can't get a hold of anyone. Please help me to get this off my account
