Same Guy! Someone needs to put a stop to him — like craigslist blocking all smithcole*.* and the FBI tracking him down. All the previous reports are fairly identical to the emails I have received from him after posting an item for sale on craigslist. Immediately wants the item, no questions asked. This time wanted to move money into a PayPal account (which is usually safe), however, after reading reports — I replied to him "cash only". I don't believe he is in the US because my emails are time stamped at 3am but could be wrong.
