This week, immediately after oral surgery I went to the Sam's Club in Dallas, TX (Park Ln at Greenville) to get a pain medication filled. Upon my arrival, I gave the prescription to the girl working inside of the Pharmacy. I asked her that if she could, please rush it some. I explained to her that I had just left the dentist and... The surgery. She just pointed at the basket in a very uncaring way and said, "we have others before you" it will be about 25-30 minutes.
I then proceeded to take my mind off the surgery by walking around the store until my time was over. At this point I returned to the pharmacy and gave the other girl (cashier) my name... Only to be THEN informed that the pain medicine I needed was not in stock.
I then had to get my prescription to go elsewhere and get it filled.

What a disgrace!...

And for those that are talking about the $ 10 gift upon re-newal, I sent my in with the bill... The following morning this offer came in the mail, so I wrote them to inquire about it.
I have yet to receive any answers or correspondence.

The only time I hear from Sam's is when they want me to upgrade to a higher level membership...
My answer to them is WHY SHOULD I?
I am not even sure I should be a member.
