They ripped me off Wilmington Deleware

I applied for a loan with 300cash.com and they called me the next day to say my account information was invalid. I gave them another account number and they took out their $19.00 application fee, (which i had no clue they were going to do that) anyway, since taking out the fee i have not had any response from them at all. Not even a denial e-mail
