Lamparter Marketing Group Troy Global
Scam. They changed their name

I interviewed for Troy Global today. The office is in a nice building so I was already feeling good about the job. Located on the second floor, the office I walk into was small and cheaply decorated. The walls are painted an inappropriate red and there is loud music playing. Im not overly suspicious though because there are people dressed in suits like I am waiting for an interview. The interviews themselves seem to only last for five minutes as I was seen in a relatively short time despite being the 5th person waiting.

The guy who interviewed me reminded me of that slightly smarmy deceitful guy you knew in highschool. He's wearing a suit and while he looks respectable something is off. He immediately begins giving me a pitch about the company in the fastest speech possible. Talking so fast I can barely follow. Then he hits me with a question about a word that best describes me and three of my hobbies. Suddenly the interview is over and If Im wanted for a second interview I will be be called. Looking at an email they sent me to confirm my interview it states that they will set aside 30 minutes for me. I got 5 and was not given the chance to ask a single question.

I was called and asked to come back for an all day second interview which I agreed too. It was then that I realized that I had NO IDEA what the job was or the pay. I became suspicious and went searching to see if there was anything about it being a scam. I couldnt find anything. Then as I was about to give up I typed in white plains and another company called Lamparter Marketing group came up. Only guess what, they had the SAME ADDRESS as Troy Global. You guessed it, they changed their name. They seem to be able to cover their tracks well which is why it took so long for me to find anything about them.

It was then that I really cracked the scam. Its all done through this company called cydcor. Attached to that business is a whole slew of complaints.

Its perfect really. When too many people know about the scam they change their name.

From what I have read it is door to door sales position. With no base salary it is slave labor.
