Tube cut tobacco

I've been moving our very own cigarettes for weeks now. After I first began I purchased Gambler cigarette and didn't have trouble. Prior to the large cost boost I purchased a number of bags to prevent the boost for awhile. Fourteen days before I purchased two bags of the pipe cut. Exactly what a error

The cigarette is moist and greasy. It'll not move precisely and contains destroyed numerous pipes. I put the carrier out to try and allow it to dry up, which was fourteen days before which is still moist.

I tried to come back the abandoned carrier but was informed once it leaves the shop it can not be delivered.

The cost has improved significantly and also you just get half the total amount as before. What's up with all this?
