One specific UPS driver fails to place packages on porch, instead stands 8-10 feet away and throws it toward the porch damaging the box and usually items inside then rapidly leaves as if being chased. Last (July) month he tossed an envelope with important irreplaceable documents landing in a childs wading pool alongside the porch ruining the documents.
This occurred in San Jose California July and Aug. UPS obviously needs better supervision and training.
Hopefully someone in authority at UPS will read this post and pass the information to the proper supervisor.
