This is a company that promises good, but does not provide. From the moment I got to Tulsa for training and they saw me. They wanted to know what was wrong. I have mild C.P. (cerebral palsy). They tried to find a reason to not hire me, but I was able to do everything that was asked. They sent me out with a trainer for about four weeks. Came back to test out passed all the tests. Given my drivers test told I had passed, then after they talked came back to me to tell me I failed and was being sent home. Other guys were sent out again with a trainer or aloud another test. Not me they just wanted t a reason not to hire a guy with C.P. You just got to love ignorant people, and a company not will to give a person with disabilities a chance. But I would rather not work for a company like that. Besides while I was out training, our truck broke down four different times, and we waited days. Because if you have an Arrow truck they don't fix it until they get paid. They have a bad rep of not paying the bill, so you sit and make no money over $50 parts.
