Nationwide Employment Agency, Nissenbaum Law Offices, Second attempt additional information for my job application

This is the email I received from this company. I googled the address and found that it is this law office. I don't live anywhere near NY, and never applied for a job through them. I certainly wouldn't give out my personal identification based on an email and I'm not paying to give out my credit report to a potential employer.
