I was sucked in by the marketing and ordered the newest, latest, greatest Little Giant ladder. On their website they offer 4 payments at 0% interests. Pretty good deal, huh? Or so I thought. The rep took my credit card info and proceeded to get two authorizations on my card. One for $469.99 (the full price of the ladder) and the other for $117.45 (the payment plan amount) They proceeded to run my card for both amounts! Now here's the catch, my card company tells me that the $117.45 was captured but the $469.99 is just an authorization. Doesn't matter! They both come of my line of credit and NUMEROUS phone calls and e-mails to Little Giant has not resolved this problem. They promise they will fix it by calling my card company but NOTHING is ever done! Beware of Little Giant, they are incompetent and it will cost you!
