I moved back to florida 6-9-09 and needed my van and all of my stuff shipped to me. I called U-haul and they used daw moving for their courier service. I had a written contract signed through daw stating that my van was filled top to bottom back to front and has my whole life in it, and that I need it asap. They told me that they would pick it up on monday 6-8-09 but did not get it until 6-16-09. They also said that my van would be in florida in my possession by 6-15-09. It is now 6-18-09 and I still do not have my van. The guy at daw moving stated that I had to give him a credit card because he did not recall that I told him that my whole life was in the van even though I had it in the contract. Now he is returning it because he is a week late and trying to get more money out of me and I have to have another moving company come pick it up. Now if thats not bad enough I have had to get my old roommate involved too. Daw moving is a joke. They will not follow their contracts, they stated that they have been in business for years now but its kind of hard to believe when they do work like this. Do not ever go with daw moving, they will rip you off
