I ordered Mywhitening Prowhitening under the idea that it would make my teeth whiter within 2 weeks. When I got bad result I sent the product back to the company and called for a cancellation.
The customer service representative was not only aggressive, but said that I would not receive a refund on the next order that was shipped which I did not ask for. I agreed to charges for the first order even though it was supposed to be a "free trial". I feel I should get a refund at least for the second order.
