On June 10 at about 6 pm, I received (to shipping address: 1546 Madison Ave) a UPS package from T-Mobile in Georgia supposed to contain a replacement BlackBerry phone. I signed it off on the driver's handheld.
After the UPS worker left, I found that the UPS envelope had perhaps been previously open and then made to look sealed with a clear tape.
Inside, the BlackBerry box seal was broken, the box lid itself was ajar, the phone was missing while the charger, case and everything else was in place although in some disarray.
I don't blame the driver. I suppose this was done at a station where the perpetrator had some time (not much), privacy and access to tape. I think it was clear from the label that the package contained a phone.
