I need to order Lenox Flatware. I noticed on your site, it is referred to as Lenox - Kirk-Stieff, and has 18/10 instead of 18/8 at Dillard's. I called the 800 number on the website and the man who answered who not even listen to my question. He said I needed to order it on the website and called back. I tried to explain I just had a question and he demanded he could not help me and hung up again. I am now very skeptical to order or even if this is a legitimate company. If it is, I suggest this matter is handled.
