I moved to Forest Hill Park Apartments April I have been having problems with certain structures in my apartment, problems with tenants blasting music, the building stinks and East Cleveland City Hall and East Cleveland Police are a joke.
No one wants to enforce house rules, revised codes or ordinances that deal with noise, music or nuisance issues but the court makes it clear that tenants can't be at fault on anything it's an automatic eviction, any short comings by the landlord the court and the law allows the landlord to take a slap on the wrist with no real penalties. East Cleveland is the most unprofessional, low standard, non enforcing law abiding city I ever lived and soon as my lease is up I'm leaving this dump and running back to Cleveland.
They do not address issues like they should. I listen to tenants blasting music during the day and night during different times the police take forever to get here then hours later when they do show the music is turned down, now I sat for hours listening to this mess. This is the kind of stuff that makes people snap.
In my opinion my landlord is a slum lord and that has been my experience.

I am sick of this mess I have nothing but dislike for East Cleveland
