This company seems to really know how to prey on people. First of all the suposed $1.95 cent charge is for a supposed web report. Little did i know that I would be charged 82.32. No where on their transaction was it written that they would just charge your card.in fact the receipt i got from my email is for 1.95 never was i told that there would be some other great charge. I called to dispute and the rudeness was infuriating. And of course they refuse to refund the money that was never authorised. And of course the supposed report they offer for 1.95 never appeared. I tried again to called the customer service and they are very well aware of the people that call to dispute cause all they do is raise their voices and basically call you a liar. When it is them that are engaging in deceipfull tactics. This is not a legitimate business from my experience. I guess i am out 82 bucks but I just know that karma will come back to those that exploit people. I hope that this helps anyone outhere that may come across this so called company. And I hope that they cease to exist. Especially that because they prey upon those that are trying to make their situations better by seeking legitimate work. This needs to be adressed and I hope the FBI shows up at their doorstep.
