I was suddenly overdrafted in my bank account, I called the bank and they gave me a description of all who were authorized to take money out of my account, and then CIC came up.
I got a free credit report from consumerinfo.com, free, and CIC took 79.95 out my account, unauthorized, Ive already filed an ACH with my bank to get my funds back and to stop from getting 3 overdravt fees because of this. I hope there is something that can be done because Im not even remotley finished with this company.
