The stories about Seamless Financial and Noland Nelson written on this site is true. I have encountered the same issue with Mr. Nelson. Stealing money stating he would handle modification. He took money from me stating he would have contractors work on my townhouse. Stay away from this man. He was referred to me by friends that had also encountered similar problems that they though we get resolved, but they too are out of nearly $7,000 behind dealing with Noland.
